Warranty & After-Sales Support

All AIMI vehicles include a 1-year standard warranty (extendable to 2 years) covering the motor, controller, and battery against manufacturing defects. Spare parts are stocked for all current models with 3-7 day dispatch. Our multilingual support team responds within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp for technical troubleshooting, replacement part orders, and repair guidance.

OEM / ODM Custom Manufacturing

Customize any model with your brand logo, colors, decals, packaging, and specification modifications. Minimum order quantity starts at 50 units per model for custom branding, or 1-unit samples available for evaluation. Typical production lead time is 25-35 days depending on order volume and customization complexity. Free design mockups provided before production approval.

International Shipping & Logistics

Full export logistics management: container optimization (up to 90 CBU units or 120 SKD kits per 40HQ), customs documentation, FOB/CIF terms available. Estimated sea transit times: Southeast Asia: 7-12 days, Middle East: 15-22 days, Africa: 20-35 days, Europe: 28-35 days, Americas: 25-35 days. Air freight available for urgent sample orders.

Technical Training & Dealer Support

Every dealer receives a full technical documentation package: service manuals, wiring diagrams, parts catalogs, and assembly guides. Video training library covers common repairs and diagnostics. Remote support available via video call within 24 hours. On-site training programs (3-5 days) can be arranged for orders of 100+ units. Our technicians travel to your location for hands-on staff training.
